Applies the OESC computation rules (1/23 of your highest quarter, capped at $649 for 2026) to the wages you enter. Estimates only — OESC determines actual amounts.

How this tool works. The estimator divides your highest-quarter taxable wages by 23, bounded by the statutory minimum ($16) and the 2026 maximum ($649) weekly benefit amounts published by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission. Results are shown to the cent where below the cap, matching the OESC’s own worked-example method. The maximum benefit amount is 16 times your weekly benefit ($10,384 at the 2026 cap), reflecting Oklahoma’s 16-week duration under 40 O.S. §1-231; state law can extend the duration up to 20 weeks when statewide claim volumes rise. The eligibility check applies the monetary thresholds: at least $1,500 in base-period wages and total base-period wages of at least 1½ times your highest quarter, or, alternatively, total wages at or above the $25,000 taxable wage base for 2026.
Limitations. This is a calculation, not a determination. Non-monetary requirements (unemployed through no fault of your own, able and available to work, at least two documented work searches per week, registration on employoklahoma.gov, identity verification every 90 days, a one-week unpaid waiting period) also apply and are assessed by OESC after you file. This tool does not cover federal extensions or Trade Adjustment Assistance.
